On Wednesday October 23, 2013 the grade 12 students took to
the parks and streets of the GTA. They
began their day bright and early at 8:00am and departed for the Badlands. When the students arrived they photographed
the hills and forests in the area. At
10:45 we departed and headed into the city to visit Toronto's High Park, where
the students were able to photograph their peers and the park within the
city. At 1:00 we headed into the down
town core for lunch and shooting in Graffiti Ally, where the students
photographed one another with the artistic backdrop of Toronto's street artists. At 3:00 we got back onto our bus and headed
over to Riverdale farm and then out to dinner at Milestones looking over Dundas
Square. As we ate and watched the sunset
over the city we got our cameras ready for our night photography. We had a full day, getting back to FMM at
10pm. The students were amazing! Below are a few highlights of the students in
action. Their work will follow in a
later post, once they finish editing their work.
