ART GALLERY OF ONTARIO
The Grade 9 students went on their first trip to the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO). The students were invited to explore the Ancient Egyptian artefacts in the King Tut exhibition, as well as participate in group activities in the Canadian, Native and Contemporary Art exhibitions. Through out the gallery students were able to examine works that they have been studying in class allowing them to experience first hand the colour, form and texture of the works created by some of the worlds most famous artists.
